On the way to a dental appointment, I got intrigued by the roadside sign board of Moxie’s Happy Hour so I assembled my Happy-Hour crew to give it a try.

The restaurant is located at the corner of Yates street and Vancouver street. It has a big floor area with a warm and woody ambiance. I am sure the food is great but we were there to try their Happy Hour.

Unlike Veneto’s The Unwinder, Moxie’s has a very limited selection of appetizers in their happy hour menu. We tried their dry ribs, food truck tacos and chipotle chips.

1. Dry Ribs

Must Try!

This is my favorite among the ones that I tried. The price, the quantity and the taste made it worth a try.

Pricey.

The taste is good but the price is too much for its small size. I am not going to recommend this one.

There’s nothing special. It has a good price though.

My overall experience with Moxie’s Happy Hour isn’t that great. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Maybe their lunch and dinner is better, maybe.
